Following upon the first PhD-Post-Doc which took place in Cologne, the junior researchers met for a second time at the Institute for Applied and Computational Mathematics in Aachen. The participants discusssed recent advances and upcoming challenges, while identifying common difficulties across the different projects. Given the upcoming retreat with the whole research group, emphasis of the meeting in Aachen shifted a bit to teambuilding activities across the group.
